Thanks to three interactive scenarios, you will be confronted with realistic situations typical of modern work: mental overload, lack of concentration, or relational tensions. You will have to make choices in real time, adjust your responses and learn to integrate the right reflexes at the right time.

This module can be followed alone to quickly build effective micro-break habits, or as a complement to a more global course dedicated to HR performance, well-being at work and the development of human talents.
