- 3 safety levels to validate your knowledge (after questions 5, 10 and 15)
- 3 jokers to help you progress:
- 50/50: two wrong answers are eliminated
- Call a mentor: contextual help is offered
- Change question: move on to another question of an equivalent level
Each question allows you to validate your key knowledge in leadership, team building and debriefing post-project, in order to anchor you sustainably in the best practices of field management.
This module can be followed in two ways:
- as a stand-alone module, to test your knowledge in a fun and targeted way
- or integrated into a complete training course on the theme of Leadership & Management, located at the end of the course to consolidate learning through an engaging format
One final objective: to know how to establish a learning culture within your projects, while strengthening your position as a facilitative leader.
