Have you always dreamed of testing your HR knowledge in an immersive, hybrid format that’s a mix of game and training? This module is for you.
In the form of a suspenseful quiz inspired by the most popular TV game shows, you’ll have to answer 15 questions on the theme of high-potential talent detection. Your mission? Reach the top step of the podium to validate your expertise… and, above all, refine your ability to spot the most promising employees.
This module can be taken independently or as part of the complete “Human Resources & Talent", composed of 6 modules structuring a progressive and operational increase in skills.
The principle of the game module:
- 3 levels of difficulty (5 questions per level) validate your progress.
- 3 tactical jokers at your disposal:
- Collaborative search: access the opinion of a virtual expert.
- Deletion of suggestions: eliminate 2 incorrect answers.
- Second chance: one mistake forgotten, a new attempt offered.
- Contextualized educational feedback after each answer to consolidate your knowledge.
You evolve in a realistic setting, under the tension of increasing stakes, exactly as during an HR interview to identify future business leaders.
