- Inter-team conflicts: understanding the stakes: Becoming aware of the organizational and human impact of tensions between entities.
- Frameworks and models of conflict management: Understand the main principles of resolution and mediation, as well as typical behaviors in conflicts.
- Take concrete action in the face of inter-team conflicts: Learn how to make the right diagnosis, frame a mediation, and support teams towards resolution.
- Adapt your posture according to profiles and situations: Explore different use cases and levels of conflict to adjust your posture and intervention levers.
- Simulator: Mediation on a scope disagreement between two teams: Practice asking key questions to understand the points of friction and underlying emotions, then co-construct a conflict resolution solution.
- Final mega quiz: Test your knowledge through a varied quiz to consolidate what you’ve learned throughout the course.
