Discover the major models for understanding conflict: escalation curve, management styles, life positions, etc. You will learn to take a clear-eyed look at the mechanisms at play and the roles of the stakeholders, in order to adopt a sustainable professional stance.

3. Techniques and Best Practices

Learn how to effectively defuse tensions. Here you will find concrete methods for:

  • Conducting active and empathetic listening
  • Managing your emotions as well as those of others
  • Conducting a reframing interview without tension
  • Implementing collaborative mediation

4. Adapting your approach according to the situation

Hierarchical conflict, interdepartmental conflict, with a difficult colleague or within a project team: each context requires an adapted posture. This module helps you decode interactions and choose the right relational and organizational levers.

5. Immersive realistic simulation

Interact with two characters in disagreement – ​​as a manager or HR – in a simulated environment. You will put into practice the collaborative resolution tools seen previously to experiment with different scenarios and measure the impacts of your choices.

6. Final Intensive Revision Quiz

A gamified “mega quiz,” covering all the learning acquired in the previous 5 modules, to validate your skills and build your confidence.
