This module offers you a unique immersive experience combining practical application and personalized constructive feedback, within the framework of a managerial discussion with high emotional stakes. Designed based on real-life business dialogues, this module immerses you in three sensitive situations widely encountered by managers:

• Providing difficult feedback

• Responding to a tense demand

• Dealing with gradual disengagement

In each scenario, your active listening and assertiveness skills will be put to the test. You will need to take a stand, be open, and reframe if necessary—all while maintaining the relationship.

At the end of the module:

• A final consolidation quiz will validate your reflexes.

• A virtual coach will guide you with targeted feedback to help you progress.

This module can be taken independently for on-the-job training, or integrated into the complete “Human Resources & Talent” course, designed to strengthen managerial skills in interpersonal communication, team management, and constructive authority.
