Adapting facilitation to project contexts
An operational module to maximize the impact of your steering committees, even in complex environments.
How can you maintain the effectiveness of your steering committees when conditions change? What adjustments should you make to bring the right people on board when faced with project uncertainties? This module trains you to make the right facilitation choices, based on three realistic project contexts, often encountered by project managers and program managers.
This module can be taken:

• or integrated into our complete “Project Management & Operations”, for structured skills development across the entire function.
