You will take on the role of Crisis Communications Manager and will be confronted with varied, sometimes tense, contexts where every decision counts. At each stage, you will identify key stakeholders, assess the issues, and must choose the right messages to send to the right people.
This module can be taken independently, or as part of the structured “Marketing & Communication”, designed to strengthen your strategic skills in high-stakes communication contexts.
