This interactive module is designed to challenge your reflexes, identify cognitive biases in real-life situations, and teach you how to act appropriately in the face of stereotypes. Thanks to an immersive approach and tactical support, you will strengthen your intervention skills in sensitive contexts.

This module can be followed independently or as an integral part of the e-learning course “Leadership & Management – Deconstruction of stereotypes and representations”. It is particularly aimed at mediators, coaches, and trainers wishing to:
