This module will allow you to:
- Strengthen your field skills through immersive scenarios,
- Test your piloting reflexes in the face of varied deployment contexts,
- Adapt your deployment plan to user profiles and constraints specific to each environment,
- Build a clear vision of the success levers for user rollout,
- Progress according to a model of learning by error in complete safety.
You will be required to define:
- The right deployment schedule,
- The appropriate training system,
- The support system to activate depending on the situation.
This module can be taken independently to meet an immediate need for skills development, or integrated into the complete course dedicated to Deployment of a new application in a context of digital transformation.
