Structure of the course:
- Module 1 – Why do meetings go off the rails? Understand the dynamics of tension, blockages, psychological and relational issues.
- Module 2 – The fundamentals of leading a complex situation Theoretical benchmarks, assertiveness mechanisms, active listening, role of the leader-facilitator.
- Module 3 – Practical techniques for managing difficult meetings Reformulation, refocusing, managing speaking time, validating contributions… everything you need to master.
- Module 4 – Adapt your posture according to the context Project meeting, steering committee, cross-functional team… adjust your posture according to the profiles and issues.
- Module 5 – Simulator: Meeting under tension Experience a meeting where two colleagues verbally confront each other. Your mission: reframe, summarize, and relaunch.
- Module 6 – Final Quiz Test your knowledge in a fun way and challenge yourself to aim for 100%!
